Buffet/Hi-Tea/Cocktails
a) Standard Set-up
$150 catering charge for every confirmed 50 persons
Full set up of buffet tables & beverage counter, provision of disposable wares and cutleries, paper serviettes, menu tags and serving gear. Floral arrangement and display artifacts will be made available. Include transportation, logistics.

b) Premium Set-up
$300 catering charge for every confirmed 50 persons
Full set up of buffet tables and beverage counter with floral arrangement and display artifacts.
Provision of stainless-steel cutleries, porcelain plates & glasswares. Menu tags, serving gear and
a service staff in attendance. Include transportation and logistics.

 

Sit Down & Modern Chinese
Complete set up for Chinese course with menu on each table, with the provision of porcelain wares and cutleries. All kitchen equipment will be provided and cooking will be done on site with permitted as agreed with the organizer.

$60 for every table of 8-10 persons excluding the rental of tables and chairs – Mobile kitchen usage and logistics charges @1200 exclude other fees that may be incurred on the premise.

Single stalk flower on each chair at the solemnisation or dining area for guests – 20 nos
